AAV Vectors for Gene Over-expression

• pAAV-BASIC * (map): empty ITR vector, for cloning of your whole existing cassette
• pAAV-BASIC-EGFP * (map): Same as pAAV-BASIC, but with co-expression of eGFP.

• pAAV-cDNA6-V5His (map): with CMV promoter, for cloning of cDNA only.

• pAAV-GFP-cDNA6 (map): same as pAAV-cDNA6-V5His, but also co-expressing GFP.

AAV ITR vectors for shRNA/miRNA

For cloning from an existing shRNA/miRNA expression cassette:
• pAAV-BASIC * (map): empty ITR vector, for cloning of your whole existing cassette
• pAAV-BASIC-EGFP * (map): Same as pAAV-BASIC, but with co-expression of eGFP.

  
  

  For cloning from an shRNA oligos

• pAAV-U6 (map): the shRNA expression will be under the control of U6-promoter in this vector.

• pAAV-U6-EGFP (map): same as pAAV-U6, but also co-express eGFP as marker

• pAAV-Siln41-MCS (map): shRNA expression will be under the control of a modified CMV promoter.

• pAAV-Siln41-MCS-EGFP (map): same as pAAV-Siln41-MCS, but also co-express eGFP as marker

* We also have the same vector with RFP co-expression instead of GFP.
